The Information Design Program at Online-Learning.com, Carleton University has given him a niche in research and design, while developing and maintaining documentation. In 2007, he was recommended to be placed on the Usability Team to test and review courses for learners.
The Advanced Web Development Program for e-Business at Microsoft e-Commerce Centre of Excellence has provided him with the skills currently used in the industry, demonstrating the essence of object-oriented, n-tier client/server and web-enabled systems.
The Voluntary Membership with the Advanced Web Development for e-Business Program, Humber College (2003-2005, 2007-Present) and the Society for Technical Communication, Toronto Chapter (since 2006) has provided him with the perspective and knowledge in particular areas of specialization.
